Most businesses are carrying tools, steps, and workarounds they no longer need. Before adding anything new, we cut what shouldn't be there. Simpler systems are faster, calmer, and easier to trust.

Add systems where they help.

Systems and automation go where they genuinely make things easier — repetitive work, predictable decisions, follow-up that keeps slipping. Never added just to say we did.
